There is more than just you and me in the world,
There is more that I would rather do,
Then be with you,
But truthfully,
If you want honesty,
I'd rather it just be you and me.

If our lives consist of you and I,
There are more than tears,
Coming from my eyes,
Because you make me gleam,
From high in the sky,
So that you can see,
How brightly I shine.

But what you don't know,
Is that I can see you down below,
While you're being so amazing,
I'm being very shy,
I can be very shy,
I can be very touchy and clingy,
But U guess you'll just have to wait an see,
But I can say,
That I'll be surprising.

There is more than just you and I in the world,
There is nothing more I'd rather do,
Then to just be with you,
But truthfully,
If you want honesty,
I'd rather it be,
Just you and me.

The Way The Tables Turn II

The world can be a scary pllace,
You never know,
Especially when the tables will turn,
Because things can change,
No matter what anybody says.

So people say different things,
Like,
You need to play your cards right,
The decks get split,
Then you'll have no say in which way,
Because the cards tell you the way,
In which your life's suppose to change.

But in all sincerity,
It's your decision making,
That makes the tables turn,
Any which way,
No matter the way that the cards are played.

But any day and in every way,
The world is a scary place,
Whether you want it to be,
Or not,
Cause any which way the tables are turned,
That's the way that life's gonna change,
But not in anyone's good grace,
Unfortunately not today!

Especially not to be unfait,
But it's true to say,
That it's here to stay.
